5. FEES AND PAYMENTS  

5.1. The cost of services presented on the Website is set by IP Ledger LTD. The cost of services may change and IP Ledger LTD is not obliged to notify users of this. The user can order and pay for the services on our Website.

5.2. The user pays the cost of the selected service when placing an order by credit or debit card, bank transfer or check to the address of the United Kingdom, 156-160 City Road street, London, EC1V 2DW. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5.3. Our specialists provide Services for the selected or selected services after receiving full payment and non-cash funds. Our employee confirms receipt of payment and informs the user by e-mail or phone about the start date of the service(s).

Should such attempts fail to lead to a solution satisfactory to both parties, the parties shall attempt to settle the dispute by mediation in accordance with the Model Mediation Procedure of the Center for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).

11.1. These Terms & conditions for use and any disputes or claims arising in connection with use of Website, including its existence and validity, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
